Abstract: This report focuses on the implementation of blockchain structures and smart contracts in a p-complete object-oriented logical programming language L* based on the theory of semantic programming. Issues of decentralization, consensus building and execution will also be presented. These implementations are especially important for the direction of explainable AI (or briefly XAI), as well as in the case of decentralized multi-agent systems.
