Abstract: The paper deals with an algorithm for the limit point determination of the parameter space region (cluster boundaries, domain boundaries, etc.). The algorithm uses a fixed point and a direction vector. The algorithm uses the representation of data analysis results in a multidimensional parameter space. The data representation corresponds to the model considered in author's previous works. The paper provides the proof of the algorithm's correctness, its comparison with an alternative approach and the calculation of computational complexity. The algorithm is developed to be used in automated process control in two cases. The first case when it is required to keep the object parameters within certain limits. The second case when it is required to find the optimal trajectory in the parameter space.
