Abstract:
The generalized Pulatov construction for codes with parame-
ters of the classical binary Reed { Muller codes is presented in the paper.
We investigate the weight distribution and a distance-invariance prop-
erty for the class of the codes. We obtain a large class of codes having
the same weight distribution and parameters as Reed { Muller codes and
nonequivalent to them.
