Abstract: An additive code over GF$(q)$, $q=p^s$, $p$ prime, is a subgroup of the additive group of the vector space GF$(q)^n$ . A check matrix of an additive completely regular codes with covering radius 1 can be constructed from the multiset generalization of a spread, called multispread. We consider the problem of the existence of multispreads with different parameters, which is equivalent to the problem of the characterization of parameters of additive completely regular codes with covering radius 1.
