Abstract:
The mutual connection is considered between i-components of Preparata-type arbitrary code P and i-components of the perfect code C containing this code. It is shown that any i-component of the code P can be uniquely completed to i-component of the code C by addition of some number of special code words of the code C. It is found that the code P vertex set forms the perfect code with distance 3 in the characteristic graph of arbitrary i-component of the code C.
