Реферат:
The professional competencies of a service engineer job directly influences on economics, in particular on reducing financial losses related to equipment downtime. For various sectors of the economy, it may result in technical insecurity of the country in general. The problem also includes service providers, ensuring strategic development priority of the country. The aspects enumerated above prove the actual urgency and relevance of the problem chosen for research. The aim of the research is to investigate the content of a service engineer job with the help of cognitive modeling using the agricultural and industrial complex as a case study. It includes building a cognitive model and its analysis to identify functionally important factors using simulation modeling. Methods: to realize the aim the development of cognitive model variants has been built in the form of sign graphs, the vertices of which being the concepts of a subject field (factors) and the curves being the causal relations between them. The estimate of factor interactions is made with the help of simplicial analysis and simulation experiment series. The results of the research show that the set of factors influencing on the job of a service engineer such as “resource planning”, “economic thinking”, “readiness to learn”, experience”, “remoteness of service centers” are functionally important for this profession. These factors recognized by the experts should be considered by management administrations when making managerial decisions.
